Sweet Answers to Common Questions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and orders are not secured until the deposit is received. This helps reserve your spot and ensures I can begin planning your treats with care.

E-transfer or Square is accepted for deposits, and remaining balances can be paid by e-transfer or cash at pickup. I aim to make payment simple and flexible for your convenience.

At this time, I offer porch pickup only. Pickup details, including my address, will be shared the day before your order is ready.

Custom cookies: At least 2 weeks notice. If I can accommodate an order with less than 2 weeks notice, a $15 per dozen rush fee applies.

Cakes, cupcakes, and macarons: At least 7 days notice. If I can accommodate an order with less than 7 days notice, a $15 rush fee applies.

Deposits are non-refundable, but I’m happy to transfer your deposit to a future order when at least 7 days’ notice is provided. This allows me to adjust my schedule and ingredients accordingly.

I handle all products with great care, but once items leave my hands, I cannot be responsible for damage that may occur. I’m always happy to offer advice if something goes wrong!

Macarons stay fresh for up to one week in the refrigerator. For the best flavour and texture, let them come to room temperature 2–3 hours before serving.

Heat-sealed cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, they can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 6 months. To thaw, leave them at room temperature overnight in their container — they’ll be ready to enjoy by morning.

Cakes and cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup. Keep them in their box in the fridge, and bring them to room temperature by removing them 2–3 hours before serving.
