If you need to cancel your order, your deposit can be transferred to a future order when notice is given at least 7-days in advance

I take great care in creating and handling all products, and they leave my hands ready to enjoy. Once they’re out of my care, I can’t be responsible for any accidents or damage that may happen. I completely understand that mishaps can occur, and I’m always happy to offer advice or guidance if something goes wrong!

Where are you located?

I'm located in southeast Calgary, in the community of Rangeview.

Do you deliver?

At this time, I offer porch pickup only. Pickup details, including my address, will be shared the day before your order is ready.

How far in advance should I order?

Custom cookies: At least 2 weeks notice. If I can accommodate an order with less than 2 weeks notice, a $15 per dozen rush fee applies.

Cakes, cupcakes, and macarons: At least 7 days notice. If I can accommodate an order with less than 7 days notice, a $15 rush fee applies.

When is payment due?

A 50% deposit is required once you receive your invoice to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining 50% is due on the day of pickup.

How do I place a custom order?

Submit a request through the Custom Order Inquiry form. I'll reply within 2-3 business days with details and a quote.

How long do cookies last?

Heat-sealed cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, they can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

How do I freeze and thaw cookies?

Keep cookies in their individual heat-sealed bags and place them upright (not stacked) in an airtight container. To thaw, leave the container at room temperature overnight with the lid on. By morning, your cookies will be perfectly thawed and ready to enjoy!

How long do cakes and cupcakes last?

Cakes and cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup. Keep them in their box in the fridge, and bring them to room temperature by removing them 2–3 hours before serving.

How long do macarons last?

Macarons stay fresh for up to one week in the refrigerator. For the best flavour and texture, let them come to room temperature 2–3 hours before serving.
